Refunds may be applicable only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment transactions
- Failed bookings with successful payment deduction
- Event or trip cancellation by MeetVibe
- Technical issues caused by the platform
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- User cancellation after booking confirmation
- No-show during trips or meetups
- Violation of community guidelines
- Personal preference changes
- Delays caused by third-party services
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. MeetVibe does not store full banking or card details.
